Shipping & Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Gurugram, Haryana. Morning 7:00–10:00 AM or evening 4:00–7:00 PM — pick your slot when you order, and leave a note if you need a particular time. Delivery is free on orders of ₹250 or more; below that it's ₹39. Every meal is cooked fresh the morning it's delivered — nothing frozen, nothing cooked the day before. On a weekly or monthly plan we deliver every day for the length of your plan. If you're not home we'll call; if we can't reach you we'll leave it with a guard or neighbour if you've told us that's alright, otherwise we'll bring it back and sort it out with you. Eat it fresh, or refrigerate and use within 48 hours. Don't freeze it — it changes the texture and your dog will notice.
