Currently, we deliver within Gurugram only. Our meals are cooked fresh every morning and dispatched the same day, which means we need to stay close to our kitchen to guarantee freshness. We are working on expanding — follow us on Instagram for updates.

Every meal is cooked fresh in our Gurugram kitchen the morning it ships. We use no preservatives, no freezing, and no shelf-stable processing. Meals are delivered the same day they are made. Refrigerate unused portions and consume within 48 hours of delivery.

Trying us for the first time? Start with our 3-day Trial. Moving to fresh food works best when a dog has a few days to settle in, so the trial gives your dog three days of freshly cooked meals to adjust to the new diet. Just want to test a single bowl? You can always order a one-time meal too — pick 'Just today' when you order. For longer plans, choose A week (save 5%) or A month (save 10%). On weekly and monthly orders, we deliver every day for the length of the order.

Our recipes are built on whole, human-grade ingredients — real chicken breast, fresh eggs, paneer, brown rice, quinoa, and seasonal vegetables — with no artificial additives or by-products. We always recommend consulting your veterinarian before switching your dog's diet, especially for dogs with specific health conditions.

We use only human-grade ingredients: shredded chicken breast, fresh eggs, fresh paneer and soya chunks, golden pumpkin, beetroot, carrots, broccoli, bottle gourd, peas, quinoa, brown rice, rolled oats, fish oil, coconut oil, and probiotic-rich fresh curd. No meal, no by-products, no mechanically separated meats, no artificial preservatives.

No. Paw's Pantry meals contain zero artificial preservatives. We preserve freshness through daily preparation and same-day cold-chain delivery — not chemicals. If an ingredient isn't good enough for your table, it does not enter our kitchen.

Human-grade means every ingredient we use meets the standard required for human consumption. We source the same chicken, eggs, paneer, and vegetables you would buy at a grocery store. Nothing is sourced from rendering plants or industrial pet-food supply chains.
