He was badly hurt. Surgery, hope and a strict home-cooked diet brought him back. For months our kitchen was his pharmacy — real chicken, fresh vegetables, no shortcuts. Every bowl, a ritual of love.
Chapter two
I couldn't stand at the stove. I searched everywhere for a fresh, home-cooked meal for him — not from a factory, not from a bag. There was none.
Chapter three
Most businesses begin with a gap in the market. Ours began with a gap in my heart — and one question: why should our love depend on our schedule?
Chapter four
